We hit a few snags, with design and planning, but they worked to overcome them and find sensible solutions. I have had complete trust in them and have no issue with them holding keys to my house. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t leave the job until I was satisfied with every aspect. I would employ them again.”

After meeting with a number of prospective builders and various customers I felt Luka Construction Ltd would be best suited. “We had a side return to our kitchen, a box frame of steel beams. Under floor heating, new wiring, 4 velux windows fitted, skylight and bifold doors. Tiling inside and outside. Brickwork. The front garden was repaved and a new wall built. Skimming and decorating to the hall and the windows. All work was of the highest quality and the workman were highly skilled, efficient, polite and punctual. Luka project managed the work and listened to and answered any questions we had.

Luka project managed the job very efficiently and would appear on site whenever I requested. Luka has a great depth of knowledge and terrific team working for him. They were courteous, highly skilled very punctual and worked to a strict timetable. Each section of work was done on time and according to the budget. The quality of craftsmanship was extremely high and the kitchen has been transformed in a modern, airy spacious environment. The under floor heating is brilliant and the bifold doors a revelation. I also got Luka to decorate the hall and refurbish the front garden. Highly recommended.”
